Our construction system is based on high-quality timber, premium insulation materials and complete technical installations, creating a comfortable, sustainable and durable living environment throughout the year.
Tragkonstruktion
Die tragende Konstruktion besteht aus verleimtem, technisch getrocknetem Holz mit hoher struktureller Festigkeit. Diese Bauweise sorgt für außergewöhnliche Stabilität, Maßgenauigkeit, Langlebigkeit sowie Widerstandsfähigkeit gegenüber Feuchtigkeit und äußeren Einflüssen.
Gesunde & umweltfreundliche Materialien
Wir setzen im gesamten Bauprozess konsequent auf umweltverträgliche Materialien. Alle Holzplatten und tragenden Elemente werden ohne schädliche Chemikalien oder Klebstoffe hergestellt und sorgen so für ein gesundes Raumklima. Ökologische Holzplatten und natürliche Materialien tragen zu einem gesunden Innenraumklima bei und unterstützen zugleich die Prinzipien des nachhaltigen Bauens.
Thermal Insulation
Hochdichte Mineralwolldämmung sorgt für exzellente Wärme- und Schalldämmung und bietet zugleich zusätzlichen Brandschutz sowie Feuchtigkeitsschutz. Für den Schweizer Markt sind alle MODUCON-Gebäude mit einer 160 mm starken Dämmung in Wänden, Dach und Boden ausgestattet, was eine hervorragende Energieeffizienz und ganzjährigen Komfort gewährleistet.
Exterior & Interior Cladding
The facade combines natural wood cladding with modern metal panels, creating a durable, weather-resistant and contemporary architectural appearance. Carefully selected interior and exterior materials ensure long-term performance and minimal maintenance requirements.
Windows & Doors
For the Swiss market, premium timber windows and doors with triple glazing come as standard. They provide excellent thermal insulation, acoustic comfort and energy efficiency while maximizing natural daylight.
Interior Finishes
Walls, floors and interior surfaces are selected according to modern aesthetic and functional standards. Durable, high-quality materials create elegant living spaces that are easy to maintain and built for long-term use. Every MODUCON unit is delivered fully furnished and ready for immediate use. Depending on the selected model, this includes a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, wardrobes, dining furniture, bedroom furniture, lighting, curtains and additional interior elements.
Heating & Cooling
Energy-efficient inverter air conditioning systems provide reliable heating and cooling throughout the year. Domestic hot water is supplied via an electric boiler, with optional solar solutions available.
Electrical & Plumbing Systems
Each building is delivered with complete electrical, water supply and drainage installations, fully integrated during production and ready for immediate connection on site.
