Structural Frame
The load-bearing structure is built from laminated and technically dried timber with high structural strength. This construction method provides exceptional stability, dimensional accuracy, durability and resistance to moisture and external influences.
Healthy & Eco-Friendly Materials
We prioritize environmentally responsible materials throughout the construction process. All wood panels and structural elements are produced without harmful chemicals or adhesives, ensuring a healthy indoor environment for occupants. Ecological wood panels and natural materials contribute to a healthy indoor climate while supporting sustainable construction principles.
Thermal Insulation
High-density mineral wool insulation ensures excellent thermal and acoustic performance while providing additional fire resistance and moisture protection. For the Swiss market, all MODUCON buildings are equipped with 160 mm insulation in walls, roof and floor assemblies, ensuring outstanding energy efficiency and year-round comfort.
Exterior & Interior Cladding
The facade combines natural wood cladding with modern metal panels, creating a durable, weather-resistant and contemporary architectural appearance. Carefully selected interior and exterior materials ensure long-term performance and minimal maintenance requirements.
Windows & Doors
For the Swiss market, premium timber windows and doors with triple glazing come as standard. They provide excellent thermal insulation, acoustic comfort and energy efficiency while maximizing natural daylight.
Interior Finishes
Walls, floors and interior surfaces are selected according to modern aesthetic and functional standards. Durable, high-quality materials create elegant living spaces that are easy to maintain and built for long-term use. Every MODUCON unit is delivered fully furnished and ready for immediate use. Depending on the selected model, this includes a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, wardrobes, dining furniture, bedroom furniture, lighting, curtains and additional interior elements.
Heating & Cooling
Energy-efficient inverter air conditioning systems provide reliable heating and cooling throughout the year. Domestic hot water is supplied via an electric boiler, with optional solar solutions available.
Electrical & Plumbing Systems
Each building is delivered with complete electrical, water supply and drainage installations, fully integrated during production and ready for immediate connection on site.
