Our Services

Modular Construction

At Moducon8, we develop fully customized modular buildings tailored to the final user’s needs. Whether it’s a single unit or a multi-module complex connected in a Z-shape, stacked or side-by-side, our team offers complete flexibility in design and assembly. Dimensions, layout, number of units, and connections are all client-defined. We pay special attention to both aesthetics and functionality, delivering long-lasting and unique solutions.

Structure & Technical Finishing

Our modules are made from steel load-bearing frames with anti-corrosive coating, while wall cladding uses sandwich panels (PIR, rock wool, styrofoam) in various thicknesses. We also construct galvanized steel substructures, clad in wood, which act as modular foundations. Clients can choose the type and number of windows, PVC or aluminum joinery, as well as door options. Flooring includes laminate, vinyl, or ceramic finishes according to preference.

Exterior Design & Additional Features

We offer a variety of façade finishes – from modern anthracite panels to wood imitations, wood-metal combos, aluminum cladding, and stone textures. The exteriors may include LED lighting, wall-mounted solar lights, and other aesthetic elements. Our team also fabricates railings, outdoor stairs, terraces, and pergolas, adapted to the modular configuration, ensuring a unique and complete visual identity for each project.

Transport & On-Site Support

For each project, we provide transportation planning, loading, unloading, and precise on-site placement – including installation of prefabricated steel sub-foundations where required. Depending on the location, we can also arrange teams for connection to local utilities and assembly of additional modules, in collaboration with local contractors. All implementation phases include accurate technical documentation and full coordination with the client.

Quality & Standards

All elements of our modules are produced in accordance with European standards, with a high level of quality control applied throughout. Technical drawings, electrical and plumbing diagrams, material specifications, and warranty sheets are provided. We offer a 5-year warranty on structure, 2-year warranty on equipment and installations, and expert support throughout the planning and assembly process. Our team also advises on legal documentation and local compliance requirements.
